While verifying student ID, getting the error - "Your email account has already been used for verification this year. If you think this is an error, please contact Support."

I am trying to schedule the certification exam for AI-900 certificate from the student ID by enrolling on the cloudready skills portal . I am trying the schedule the exam via Pearson VUE. When trying to log in Pearson VUE using the student ID, it is saying that the ID is invalid so I logged in using a different ID and tried linking it to the student ID. But while trying to verify the student account I am getting the error as - "Your email account has already been used for verification this year. If you think this is an error, please contact Support." This is the first time I am scheduling any exam by this method. Please help!!

Steps:

Went to the cloudready skills portal,, completed the learning and took the practice test and received the certification voucher.

Went to the Pearson VUE portal and tried to schedule the exam.

Selected job role as Student and tried to verify using student email ID and getting error as "Your email account has already been used for verification this year. If you think this is an error, please contact Support."
