Why did my available discount vouchers disappear? It says no vouchers linked to my account. I have not used the two vouchers yet.

My company discount and training event discount both disappeared. 

Please advise.

Apologies for the inconvenienced this may have caused you.

You may follow the troubleshooting steps below that may resolved the issue:

  1. Use Edge Chromium (Edge 88.0) or Google Chrome (version 88.0).

  2. Clear your cached data and cookies.

  3. Allow all third-party cookies through your site permission settings.

  4. Use InPrivate or Incognito browsing modes.

If your discount Is still not showing, please send us a step by step screenshot using Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) starting from the steps above and until you issue is shown on your screen.

You may upload your PSR through the private message I initiated along with the requested information. Please also include the confirmation email received from the training event.

Alternatively, you may reach out to ESI Support directly for assistance with your discount. Please create a ticket with them and make sure to provide the following information:

-      Training Date

-      Course Name

-      Registered Name and Email

-      Registration Link/URL

-      Region (US/UK/Canada/India, etc..)
