Why doesn't my certification appear on the Badges?

Good morning!

I wanted to see what is the reason that a certification does not appear in the Badget part.

Thanks a lot!

Regards!

Hello, Lucas.

Thanks for getting in touch with Microsoft’s Forum Center.

As we understand, you passed an exam but you are not able to check your badge on your dashboard .

If you pass an Exam, you will earn a Badged that appears in your Transcript and Badges by accessing your Microsoft Certification Dashboard and selecting the respective option.

In order to claim your badge, please click on this link to get to the Acclaim Platform and type your Acclaim account credentials, then you will be able to see your unclaimed badges.

In case you do not have an Acclaim account, please:

  1. Click on the same link Acclaim Platform.

  2. Click on “Create an account” using the email address associated to your MCP profile.

  3. Once you access this account, the system will show you the unclaimed badges.
