Why Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification logo will have description Fundamentals and not Dynamics 365 Fundamentals?

My customer person has done Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification last week and got her paper for this. There is logo which descript Fundamentals and not Dynamics 365 Fundamentals like others will have in the logo after certification.

Person has got Satya Nadella signed paper for the certification, where logo is Fundamentals. When person goes to the Badge view - there is logo with Dynamics 365 Fundamentals.

They want to know why the signed paper will have different logo and they think that logo with only Fundamentals will be MS-900 logo?

Hello, Tmi.

We are glad to have you here at Microsoft Community.

Based on your post, we understand that one of your employees obtained a Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification but the logo only says Fundamentals.

All Certificates are classified under three groups to provide clarity on the skill level of the Certification, as follows:

-          Level 1: Fundamentals

-          Level 2: Associate

-          Level 3: Expert

This is based on the expertise all Candidates validate through our Exams. These levels also provide a clear career pathway for IT beginners and existing professionals to grow on their careers.

The Badge is specific to the Exam or Certification, while the Logo shows the level of the Certificate. We are unable to modify this Logo because is it automatically generated by the system.
