Support for Complaint of racism and inhumane treatment by Microsoft under the The Universal Declaration of Human Rights as I am being victimized and vilified and nobody responds at this illegal organization
Just for making a complaint about utter sheer negligence between Microsoft and Pearson Vue who messed me around for 4 months and could not communicate with each other they take detrimental action for exercising my right to freedom of speech and freedom of liberty to complain about your blame shifting and disgusting customer service.

I have tried reaching out and have been completely ignored. I am disgusted in this treatment, both as a loyal long standing Microsoft Partner and programmer of 22 years, holding over 13 MCP certifications, 1 MCSD, 3 MCSE's. and 5 MCSA's. My right to earn an income, and to educate has been torn away from me without reason, leaving me only to believe such reasons are based on repercussions from me making a complaint accessing my freedom of speech and detriment as to my race and freedom to speak up as to your sheer negligence which YOU ADMITTED.
I am yet to be advised why I am banned from accessing any exams FOR LIFE WITHOUT ANY REASON, INDEPENDENT ARBITRATION, MEDIATION OR OPPORTUNITY TO RESPOND TO YOUR UNLAWFUL EXCUSE or being able to earn a living now in enhancing my education and working. I am now asking for communication within 14 days from this date or I will be seeking remedy by the competent national tribunals for acts violating the fundamental rights granted to me by the constitution or relevant international laws, as I accuse Microsoft of breaching the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and taking harsh detrimental action against me, without any chance for a fair hearing, appeal rights, or fair chance to have my say - which can only be described as racially motivated.
AS YOU CAN TELL FROM THE HISTORY OF MY MICROSOFT ACCOUNT, I LATER RECEIVED AN EMAIL REINSTATING ALL MY MICROSOFT CERTIFICATIONS AFTER YOUR ROGUE RACIST EMPLOYEE DARED REVOKE THEM WITHOUT WARNING WITHOUT ANY RIGHT WHATSOEVER. I NEVER HAD A CHANCE OF APPEAL OR RESPONSE. I THOUGHT MY COMPLAINT WAS CLOSED.
IT WAS A MISUNDERSTANDING DUE TO YOUR NEGLIGENCE IN COMMUNICATION MESSING ME AROUND 5 TIMES BY NOT COMMUNICATING BETWEEN DEPARTMENTS.
I remind Microsoft of their obligations under the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and state that I have now twice been denied access to fair and equal access to education as well as:
- having been subjected to degrading treatment by discrimination of being denied access to service with no fair excuse, only to be reasoned to that motivated by international status of the country or territory to which I belong;
- not being recognized as a person before the law after requesting twice for action on chat and being denied any contact back;
- not being treated equal before the law as I am entitled without any discrimination to equal protection of the law;
- being attacked one sided against my honour and reputation without any reason.I have right to the protection of the law against such interference or attack;
- being deprived the right to freedom of thought, conscience, and freedom - in community with others and in public or private;
- being deprived of my right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers;
- your unlawful banning has now affected my right to work, and right to just and favourable remuneration ensuring myself and my family an existence worthy of human dignity, and supplemented, if necessary, by other means of social protection;
- your unlawful conduct stopping me from the right to work, to free choice of employment, to just and favourable conditions of work and to protection against unemployment;
- your unlawful conduct stopping me the right to equal pay for equal work;

I will take this complaint to the mass media shall I not receive a response within 14 days as well as sue for loss of income, and capacity to earn a living for me and my family due to racial and international discrimination should I not be afforded naturtal
justice. I will also take to socal media, public forums, YouTube, Twitter, and this discrimination will go viral should you continue to ignore my basic human rights without the diginity of any response.
I am utterly digusted in your racial and discriminative behaviour and nothing I could have possibly done would amount for you to (without any opportunity for appeal or equal response) account for the disgusting
inhumane treatment you have caused me and my family. I have promoted, sold, taught and honoured your software and tools for over 20 years in my career and the way you are treating me is an utter disgrace. Pearson Vue's "Customer Support Manager" could not
figure out the reason for the ban and was contacting Microsoft. Twice, I have heard nothing from Microsoft after making two requests.
I will simply take the actions as advised above and contact the highest of authorities and seek whoever racist is responsible for this will not only lose their job, but will be brought to criminal justice
for their wrongdoings.
I will also be passing this issue to the United States Consulate in MY COUNTRY as well as directly making a criminal complaint via THE INTERNATIONAL CRIMINAL COURT as well as destroy any social media reputation
you think you may have for your disgusting treatment.
