Why is my certification not yet provided? What should I do when my profile doesn't show my certification?

I have registered and attempted a "AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals" exam on *removed*. I even cleared cleared the exam and scored 775 mark.

Its 1 month now, I haven't received my AZ-900 exam's certification yet. I have followed every steps instructed by you to receive and collect my certificate, that is, connecting/adding up my personal id with the work id in my profile.

But still I am facing issues as it says that there is- "No certification profile found". I have been trying from last 1 month and still I have not received it yet. I request you to look onto this matter and provide me with my AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.

Thank you for the information provided.

We have confirmed that your certificate is properly posted. We have reviewed your account and we have found that it is not connected with a Certification profile, please connect your Microsoft account (MSA) and your Learn profile, please use the information provided via Private Message.

  1. Sign into Learn using the same personal Microsoft account (MSA) you use to sign into your certification profile.

  2. Click on the Learn profile photo avatar and select Profile from the drop-down menu.

  3. Select Certifications from the menu inside your profile.

  4. Click the “Connect certification profile” button on the certifications page.

    Once connection is complete, you’ll never worry about separate certification and Learn profiles again.
