Why is my My student discount is not working on university email id?

I have verified my status as student. I can see green highlighted line showing its verified.
Still I am unable to get any discount on azure fundamental exam ( az-900) or any other.
I have verified my student status 12 hrs back.

I understand that you want to take advantage of your student discount. Allow me to provide information and guide you for you to successfully use the said discount.

Since you mentioned that you already verify your academic status in your Certification Profile, indeed you should be eligible for student discount. Please know that the student discount will automatically reflect at the checkout page where in you should see a discounted price. You can just skip the "discount" page and proceed directly to the checkout.

Academic pricing offers 30% discount for Fundamentals exam and 45% discount for All Role Base Exam (except India and China)

If in any case the said discount is still not reflecting on your end, kindly let me know by providing the complete PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the time you sign in until the checkout page along with the requested information to the private message to further investigate.

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
