For the exam requirements of MCSA: Windows Server 2016, you can take the exams in any order with no certain period.
Lastly, we haven’t received any information about the retirements of the exams yet as what also appears on the
Exams scheduled to retire.
You may also check on
Certification Retirement Information if you want to check on a certain certificate that is about to retire including retired exams.
