Name Change Approved | Legal Name Update Request (on Microsoft Learn/Certification Profile)

Hi, I would like to update my legal name to match my government ID. This is to help me identify myself for an exam this Thursday ***removed***. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Using them, I was able to process your legal name change request for your Microsoft Learn profile. You should see the change(s) reflected on your Learn profile within 24 hours.

Please check our private message and verify the changes are visible; you may need to wait 24 hours before attempting to register for any exams.

If the name format is incorrect or the changes were still not reflecting on your profile after 24 hours, please let me know by replying to the private message together with a screenshot.

Otherwise, if this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day.
