Work Microsoft partner and personal email

My work is a Microsoft Partner and requires me to have a certification on Fundamentals under my work email.

I would like to link my certifications from my personal profile, but I would like to keep those certifications in my personal profile?

How do I link my certification, but keep it under an account I control?
