Would like to have my Exam answers rechecked / re-examined

Today (04/July/2019), i had appeared for my AZ 103 Exam. Even though i failed the exam (674 marks), i have been faced with two dilemmas. Firstly, i feel that my multiple choice questions and labs went excellent ( i had ensured that all steps were followed to the letter and had even verified during the labs that all tasks were completed). But than i get the result which was very disappointing. I am very confident that the answers to the questions were correct and strongly feel that there must have been a glitch in the system as there is no way that i could have possibly failed this exam. I would request that Microsoft to kindly recheck my exam paper again.

Also, i wanted to point out that the One questions (Lab Question) that i left out was because of the system constantly giving me an error even though the commands were correct. This would refer to question 7 (Section 2 of the Lab) that deals with Cloud Shell / power shell. Despite my entering the correct command

For example:     New-AzureRmResourceGroup -name MyresourceGroup 

it gave me the option of entering the location. Each time, i entered the correct location (In this case it East US), it kept giving me an error. I am confident that my commands were correctly entered and i strongly feel that there was a glitch in the system which prevented me to complete this particular lab.

Can you please look into this.
