Hi I'm trying to associate my personal learning account to my company account but I receive this error when I click on Associate Microsoft Leaning account

I logged in on https://partner.microsoft.com/ with my working email to associate my personal email.

But I receive the warning in yellow that you can see on the image.

If I follow the link in the message I get redirect to the learning page where I can see I'm still logged with my personal account. Then is not possible that I'm nor registered with that account I guess.

Can you please help me with this issue.

Thank you, Max...

Hello, Maxpp_74 .

After further checking, it seems you do not have a certification profile yet and that might be the reason of the error.

For you to be able to create your Certification profile, please complete the steps listed below:

  1. Click on this link to go to Your dashboard.

  2. Log in with a Microsoft account. If you do not have one, we invite you to create one Here

  3. Edit your information on your Certification profile and add all the personal data it requires.

  4. Save and continue.

As an alternative, you can register for an Exam by using the same email address associated with MS Learn and your Certification profile will be created.

Once you have completed these steps, your Certification profile will then be completed as well.

Please consider when selecting the country, its indicator will be added automatically, sometimes users will input the country code in the "Area Code" (the code is often determined by region depending on the size of the country, or by service provider in the case of cellphone numbers) field causing the error.

At the same time, please make sure you do not use any special characters in city/country/address such us æ, ø, å, ä, ö, etc… In case you keep receiving the same error message, please let us know and we will proceed with the proper process.

Please let us know if there is anything else we can do for you. If the information we shared was helpful, please let us know by choosing “Yes” where it says, “Did this solve your problem?” located in the bottom right corner of this post. This will let us know if your support experience has been great or how we can improve it. If there is no response this thread will be closed and locked in one business day.

Have an excellent day,
