How to get Acclaim Badges on dashboard

How do i get my badges from Aclaim to show on the Microsoft Learning Dashboard https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/learning/dashboard.aspx?

Please respond to the private message I have initiated and provide the requested information for us to locate and authenticate your account. Please refer/click the image below to access your private message:

 

 

Meanwhile please be advised that, if a candidate changes their email address associated with their Microsoft Certification profile, any badges that they have previously earned will be revoked and reissued.

 

  1. A revoke notification will be sent from Acclaim to candidate’s old email address.

 

  1. A reissue notification will be sent by Acclaim to candidate’s new email address.

 

  • To claim the reissued badge, the you should log in to your Acclaim account using the email address associated with your account (most likely, this is the old email address that you have changed)
  • Once you log in, you will not see your badges until you change your Account settings to add another email address.
  • Both email address will then be associated with your account and you can choose which you want to use as a default. The default email address is the one that you need to use when logging in to Acclaim going forward.

 

If you are referring the Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) badges, these can only be accessed through the acclaim site.

Yes my badges are MOS badges. 

So i'm trying to apply for the MCT program.  but since my MOS badges don't show on my dashboard i'm unable to apply.

is there another way to apply for the MCT program?

Thank you for the prompt response.

 

MOS badges and certificates is being supported by the exam vendor which is Certiport and as per system designed these badges are not showing on dashboard. Please reach out to Certiport support team to get copies you may sign in to the Acclaim site.

 

On the other hand regarding with your MCT Application, there are no other steps for the application and you are following the correct steps that was published on the abovementioned link. If you are getting an error with application or steps, please send us a screenshot of the error to further isolate the issue.

 

In addition to this, we would need the information that was being asked on your private message. This will also help us to authenticate your certificates if they are eligible for MCT application requirements.

I received an email from Microsoft Support today with a new access code.

Where on my Learning dashboard do I add this code so I can finish my MCT application?

Is there a phone number to call?  This is getting frustrating!

Apologies for the delays.

 

We have checked your account and see that there is no associated email address on the MCID hence why we have refreshed your account and generate an access code. Please follow the steps below:

 

1. Go to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

2. Sign in with your preferred Microsoft account and password that you would like to link with your profile.

3. Enter the Access Code along with the MCID to have your Microsoft account associated with your certification record. (Please see your Microsoft Certification Dashboard credentials through private message)

 

This is a one-time used code and kindly access your profile once every 12 months to keep it active and make sure to use the same information to avoid having a duplicate profile.

 

On the other hand, once you’re done associating your Microsoft Certification profile to your preferred MCID, you may continue with your MCT application.

 

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after one business day. Please be advised that after the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages. once again, where do i put the dashboard credentials?  when i sign in all I see is the dashboard.

I do not see any place on the certification profile or any other place to enter my new MC ID.

Here is the MCID [removed] that currently shows on my profile, so how do i change it??

Since you mentioned that you have a new MCID, we would have to consolidate your account to merged all of your Microsoft credits into your preferred MCID. On the other hand, the reason why you were not able to access the page is because you are currently logged in on your new account.

 

As per process, both MCID should have an associated email address to initiate the consolidation process. In this case, please follow the steps below:

 

I would recommend to clear history browser and clear cache and cookies and use InPrivate mode on Internet Explorer instead of using Microsoft Edge when trying to follow the given instruction on how you can access your account. 

 

Make sure to access the link below and use the Microsoft Certification Dashboard credential that was provided through private message.

In the event that you’ll still encounter the same error, please send us another PSR and we’ll make sure that we’ll have this case escalated to our Technical Support team for immediate resolution.
