Can't access transcript, badges, or certificates

Hi, when I login to my dashboard I cannot get access to any of my badges, transcripts, or certificates.  I get the following message:

Sorry, we could not find your certification profile. Please Contact Support.

My ID does show up on my profile, not sure why I can't see any of these things?

Meanwhile, , here are the possible reasons as to why some certificates and badges were missing:

 

1.       You may be logged in to a different account.

2.       Your account may have duplicated and would need to be merged

3.       Your Microsoft account has not yet associated with the Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

 

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response has been received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked.

Using the information you have provided, I can confirm that the reason as to why you are getting this error, is because the account is not yet migrated to the system.

 

No worries, I have refreshed your account and generated a one-time access code, which you can use to associate your preferred email address to your Microsoft Certification profile and regain access to your account. To do this, please follow the steps provided below:

 

1. Please open an Internet Explorer and visit the Microsoft Certification Profile.

2. Sign in with your Microsoft account (Preferred email) and password that you would like to link with your Microsoft Certification Profile

(Note: If you receive an error "That Microsoft account doesn't exist.”, just choose "Create one!")

3. Enter the Access Code along with the MC ID to have your Microsoft account associated with your Microsoft Certification record.

 

MC ID and Access code are provided through the private message.

 

This is just a onetime used code. Make sure to access your Microsoft Certification Dashboard once in every 12 months to keep it active

 

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after two business days. Please be advised that after the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
