i cannot find any of my certificate under the dashboard platform.

Also - I am unable to sign up for Azure exams now too. 50054: This exam is not currently offered. Please select another exam.

Meanwhile, here are the other possible reasons as to why you’re Microsoft benefits are missing:

 

1.       You may be logged in to a different account.

2.       Your account may have duplicated and would need to be merged

3.       Your Microsoft account has not yet associated with the Member Site

 

On the other hand, regarding the error message that you were getting when trying to sign-up for Azure exams. It is being handled by our exam advocates and there is a right department to post your concern. But for the meantime, let’s check your certificates first.

I see that your MCID or Microsoft Certification profile is not associated with any of your personal account and that is the reason as to why you can see your certifications and other Microsoft benefits.

 

To gain access on your account please follow the steps given below:

 

1.    Go to the Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

2.    Sign in with your preferred Microsoft account and password that you would like to link with your profile.

3.    Enter the Access Code along with the MCID to have your Microsoft account associated with your certification record. (Please see your Microsoft Certification Dashboard credentials through private message)

 

Once you have accomplished this, you will not be required to enter this information again. You can now use your preferred email address and password to log in to your Microsoft Certification account and register for exams in the future to avoid duplicate accounts.

 

In addition to this, please note that Access Code are only valid for 90 days after being generated. In the event that you have exceed the validity period, you would have to contact Microsoft Certification support team to generate another valid access code.

 

If this solves your problem, please indicate “Yes” to the question and the thread will automatically be closed and locked. In case we do not receive a response, the thread will be closed and locked after two business days. Please be advised that after the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
