Certiport certifications not showing in Microsoft Learn profile

Hello, I earned multiple Microsoft certifications via Certiport using my email address **********. These include:

  • Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)

  • Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals (AI-900)

  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900)

  • Microsoft Certified Educator

  • Microsoft Office Specialist: Excel 2019

Certiport confirmed that my email is correctly linked to the account, but I cannot see these certifications in my Microsoft Learn profile.

I am aware that integration between Certiport and Microsoft Learn is ongoing, but I would like to confirm if I need to take any action or just wait for the sync.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello StefanoC97,

Thanks for reaching Microsoft's community.

Based on your inquiry, we understand you are looking to confirm in your Microsoft Learn profile the achievements earned with Certiport. We will be glad to clarify this situation.

Please, be aware your Microsoft certification progress completed by passing exams with Certiport can only be managed through the Certiport portal. For this reason, it is currently not possible to have any certification progress completed in Certiport visible in MS Learn.

Our Microsoft Credentials team is actively working to enhance the integration of Certiport and Microsoft credentials records.

Currently, certifications earned through Certiport cannot be reflected in Microsoft Learn profiles or merged with Microsoft Learn content. This limitation is temporary and part of the ongoing improvement process.

In the meantime, you can manage your Certiport-earned certifications through your Certiport Test Candidate account. From there, you have access to:

• Viewing your certificates

• Downloading your certificates

• Sharing your certificates

• Reviewing your Certiport transcript

The certifications include their respective release dates, and the Certiport transcript outlines your achievements in detail.

We understand that this might cause inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we work towards a solution. If you have any other question do not hesitate to let us know, in case we do not receive a response, the case will be closed and locked after one (1) business day.

Best regards,

Hello, and thank you for the clarification.

I understand that full integration between Certiport and Microsoft Learn is still in progress, and that certifications earned through Certiport are currently not visible on Microsoft Learn profiles.

However, I urgently need at least the AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals certification to appear in my official Microsoft Learn transcript as I must complete my Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) application as soon as possible.

Is there any way you can help escalate or manually validate the presence of this certification within the Microsoft Learn ecosystem, even temporarily, to support my MCT enrollment?

I truly appreciate your support and urgency on this matter.

Looking forward to your guidance.

Hello StefanoC97,

Thank you for your response.

We acknowledge the urgency of your request to have the AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals certification reflected in your Microsoft Learn to support your Microsoft Certified Trainer application. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to manually validate or escalate the presence of Certiport-earned certifications within the Microsoft Learn ecosystem.

We understand the importance of this certification for your MCT enrollment and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our team is diligently working to enhance the integration process, and we hope to have a solution in place soon.

In the meantime, we recommend continuing to manage your Certiport-earned certifications through your Certiport Test Candidate account. Should there be any updates or changes to the integration process, we will notify you promptly.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.

Hello!

In addition to my previous request, I would like to ask for clarification regarding exam eligibility.

I have passed the AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals exam via Certiport, but — as with my AI-900 — this certification is currently not visible in my Microsoft Learn profile due to the ongoing integration.

Given that, am I still allowed to register and take the AZ-104 exam, even though AZ-900 is not showing in Learn?

I have the official Certiport PDF certificate and verification link to prove that I passed AZ-900.

Could you please confirm if this is sufficient to proceed with AZ-104, or if the visibility on Learn is mandatory?

Thank you again for your support.

Fundamentals certifications are not required to take an associate level exam. The AZ-104 exam does not have any prerequisites,

Hello StefanoC97,

Thank you for your response.

I can confirm the "Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate" certification does not have a prerequisite to be fulfilled for its obtention. The only requirement needed to earn this certification is to pass the corresponding AZ-104 exam!
