Connecting Certiport Transcript

I earned 6 MOS certifications via Certiport but I can't seem to connect the transcript to Credly to claim my badges. Is this possible to do?

Hello, Jonathan

We appreciate your response via Private Message with the information.

We have checked your credentials and your profile needs to be Migrated.

2.    Copy and paste this link into the private window’s address bar https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp/home/migrate

3.    Access with a Personal email that you would like to keep. Ensure to use a Personal account. Work or school accounts are not allowed.
