Microsoft AI Classroom Series test not allowing multiple answers to be selected

Hi,

I finally received the link for this test after sending several emails to the support.

When I attempted the test for the first time, it didn't let me select multiple options (Safari). I assumed this was a browser issue, and tried the test again on Chrome. It is still not letting me select more than one option for a question.

Now, I've exhausted 2 out of my allotted 3 attempts. The multiple-choice multiple-answer questions are at least 6 out of 30, so without this feature enabled, I will definitely not score above 80% and therefore will not be able to receive my certification.

Please guide me on how to rectify this.

If possible, please also do reset my attempts to 0, so that I can write the test based on my knowledge and not focus on trying to deal with the associated technical difficulties.

Additionally, in one of the questions, the options were identical.

Please let me know how to proceed.
