My Pursue VUE account is locked and I cannot re-schedule my Exam

Hi since 25/1 my account is locked.

I sent several Email to pursuevue without any exit.

Description of the problem:


On 25/1 I wanted to start my AZ-500, and it wasn't possible.
I contacted the CHat Bot, and he told me that there was a problem with the payment of the re-schedule... 
I am deeply upset with this Pearson service, first I should be informed before hand, and if it the case I would fix it in immediately.
Now I want you Pursue Vue to fix it, since today I wasn't able to do the exam.
I can give you a new credit card,...

I even got an Email from Microsoft confirming the re-schedule:

I am sorry you are experiencing this issue, however this needs to be resolved with Pearson VUE. I have escalated this to the Microsoft business team who will ask Pearson VUE to have someone reach-out to you to resolve the situation.
