Company Id discount is not working

Hi Team,

I am facing issue while scheduling MS azure Exam and i am not getting discount for my company id. I was able to get it sometime back when trying to schedule the exam.  Could you please suggest for the same ?

Thank you for posting your query.

 

While scheduling the exam on your Microsoft Certification profile make sure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk* are correctly filled (Please remove any Special Characters (like., \! @ # etc.,) from your Name and Address), save & continue.

 

On the Exam Discount page, enter your registered email address and Check Eligibility to avail voucher less exam. Please try in In-private browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and let me know if you face any issue.

Learners who faced similar issue were able to redeem their free exam after following the below troubleshooting steps. Hence, we request you to try the below steps multiple times until you succeed:

·         Sign-out from the browser

·         Clear cache

·         Delete cookies

·         Use an "InPrivate/Incognito" browser session or

·         even try on a different browser and redeem the offer using the email address that was used to register for the training.

Hi Veena ,

I have tried all above steps mentioned and I am still getting same message " No Discount for your company Id " when tried to book exam AZ-204.

When I checked last month by my company id i got 100% discount and message that benefit is available till JUNE-2021. 

Can you please help to resolve the issue ?

While relinking my company account to schedule an exam the following error message came " Error AAL06: Could not complete account linking operation".  but it was work until last week. Please do the needful.

Hi Veena, 

Could you please share any way i can share my company ID by which I tried to book the exam and able to get 100% discount. This is not working as of now. When I tried last time with my company Id , I am able to get 100% discount. Our company has enterprise license for azure hence might be i am getting discount which is now i am not getting.
