Completed the Microsoft Ignite 2020 Challenge and got no E-Mail with voucher

Hello,

I have completed the Ignite Challenge before 7th October but I haven't received an E-Mail with my free voucher.

Already tried the way that is described here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications/microsoft-ignite-cloud-skills-challenge-2020-free-certification-exam?WT.mc_id=ignite2020_learningzone

Also tried incognito Mode and "Check Eligibility" a few times with my registered E-Mail adress.

Please await for 5-7 days and then try availing the discount as the event has to be updated in the system. 

While scheduling the exam on your Microsoft Certification profile make sure that all the required fields marked with an asterisk* are correctly filled (Please remove any Special Characters (like., \! @ # etc.,) from your Name and Address), save & continue.

 

On the Exam Discount page, enter your registered email address and Check Eligibility to avail voucher less exam. Please try in In-private browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox) and let me know if you face any issue.

Learners who faced similar issue were able to redeem their free exam after following the below troubleshooting steps. Hence, we request you to try the below steps multiple times until you succeed:

·         Sign-out from the browser

·         Clear cache

·         Delete cookies

·         Use an "InPrivate/Incognito" browser session or

·         even try on a different browser and redeem the offer using the email address that was used to register for the training.
