Dont see option to take photos of my workstation area

Hi,

I sat an exam before in the past and i remember weeks prior to exam, i was sent instructions to take photos of the work area and then again also on the day of exam show the same work area.

Obviously with the pandemic i don't have access to my office anymore and am working from home.

I have a desk, but it has a big PC on it with various things connected up to it. I'm unclear on what the requirements define as "Clutter" on a desk.

I will be taking the exam with my work laptop, which i have hooked up to a separate monitor. However my personal PC (which will obviously be off during the exam) is also hooked up to the same monitor.

Prior to the exam should I unplug the personal PC and move it in to another room?

The monitor i use, is it OK to have that hooked up still to my work laptop? (camera comes from the work laptop which i leave off to my side though i am sure i can place it in such a way that the camera still has clear view of me)

Just trying to lessen time on setup on the day, would i be better off removing all other items other than my work laptop?

Second thing is, i don't see any option to take room photos, prior to taking the exam like i did in a previous exam.

No option to upload photo ID, etc. Does this now only occur on the day of the exam?
