Meanwhile, here are the possible reasons as to why duplicate accounts were created:
1. Different information. (email, name format, home address,
phone number and etc.) were used during the exam registration/ visiting the Microsoft Certification Member site
2. No Microsoft Account is associated in your Microsoft Certification profile
3. The system did not recognize your previous MC ID during exam registration or when visiting the Microsoft Certification Member site.
