How to change email address on Certificate Profile with my MCID?

Recently we can expand duration of Azure certificate with linking Microsoft Learn profile as you know.

We should have only one account for both Microsoft Learn Profile and Certificate Profile I think.

Sadly I created them using private email and business email.

So I would like to make accounts management simple.
