MCP certification in locked account

Hi,

I can't access my locked account and that's where I have my mcp certification information.

Does someone know how to get access to a locked account? I've already tried with 

aka.ms/compliancelock without any response.

Once I got contacted by a real person but they said I could't prove the account was mine.

I've had this account for over 10 years now.

There are multiple reasons as to why you are unable to log in to your profile. One of those is when the account has not been accessed at least once within 12 months. Hence the account went expired.

 

Once confirmed, I will generate a one-time access code, which you can use to retrieve your account.

Hi

I whish I had all that info. I dont.

It has been like 5 years since I got the mcp.

Now I cant prove its my hotmail account of a sudden.

Life IS strange.

I bought some slype credit and a skype number ( Swedish )

After I installed the app I got an offer in the Skype app which I accepted. I emphasize the offer came from the skype app. It was regarding free 30 day Skype number I think.

After that all went bisarre.

My account was locked because of a compliance error it said. What compliance it never said.

Now I have been locked out of my Hotmail account for over 3 months.

I've had this account for over 10 years. I dont only have my cert there.

If you can please help.

Well thls has been a lesson for me.

Never trust microsoft.

I have been uslng hotmail from the times before Microsoft.

It was better then.

Same thlng goes for skype.
