Could anyone tell me how much the MISA membership and how to enroll? The customer who is using NAV is interested in MISA due to discontinue of the e-learning in Customer Source. Thank you!
Starting November 1, 2020, Microsoft Imagine Academy is now part of the academic VL license benefits which is specified on this page.
Part of the new process is that registered Primary Contact will receive the MSIA welcome email which includes the Membership ID and Program key which is being used to access the MSIA Member Site, one business day after VL agreement number was sent.
Also, regarding your MSIA activation request, process may take 4 business days.
Please advise the registered Primary Contact to check their spam or junk folders as sometimes emails are landed to those folders.
