Cannot get a discount for az-900 exam of virtual training days

I still can't get a discount for the exam. I did all steps for troubleshooting that but unfortunately did not make a record of my steps. have I something wrong with my Microsoft account?

I appreciate all the troubleshooting steps you have performed on your end to resolve the issue.

To investigate further, please provide us with a complete PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) showing all the steps you have performed until it shows no discount and attach it via private message along with the information needed so we can forward this to our Support team. Also attach the confirmation email for completing the event.
