20697-1B-LON-CL1.part02.rar file not found

Our Technical Support team was able to reproduce this issue from the Learning Download Center and they were able to download and save the 20697-1B-LON-CL1.part02.rar file.  

After they reviewed the screenshots that you have provided, they did not see any pop up on Edge browser that prompt to save the file. This should be located at the bottom of the Edge. If this option is not displaying, there might be a local issue that prevents it from showing up. You may check your browser settings and try using an Internet Explorer version 9 or above to download the file.

Please be reminded that a check mark from the file does not mean that it's done from downloading , it means that the download queue is sent to download.  

For your reference, we have included the screenshots that our Technical Support team have done through private message.

If you still encounter the same problem after downloading the file, please send us another screenshots using a different browser and provide the troubleshooting steps you have done before downloading.
