Access to Courseware marketplace

Good morning, I trust you are doing well.

Please as part of my benefits being an MCT is access to the courseware marketplace.

I contacted the courseware marketplace support here (https://shop.courseware-marketplace.com/fr-FR/Content/Contact) and I was told the courseware marketplace is retiring come 1 August. I was suggested to contact this support forum so as to be granted access to the marketplace.

Please can you help me out, i'm looking for courses on Windows Server 2019 which are unavailable to the training download center.

Thanks in advance.

Hello, thanks for your reply.

Is there any alternative since the retirement?

If yes can i have access to it? I would like to schedule courses and I need access to the course WS-011T00-A (trainer handbook and powerpoint files) which is no longer on the Learning Download platform.

Thanks in advance.

Hello Guyrault,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I understand that you are interested in scheduling the course WS-011T00-A, and I'm here to provide you with clarification on this matter.

Firstly, please note that the Courseware Marketplace was retired on June 30, 2023. Although you may still have access to it until December 31, 2023, the platform will be permanently shut down on December 31, 2023.

Additionally, I must inform you that the WS-011T00-A (Windows Server 2019 Administration) course has been retired since March 31, 2022. As a result, the course page will be removed from the Learning Download Center and Courseware Marketplace, following the Course Retirement policy.

However, we do have alternative courses available for Windows server-related topics:

Release date

AZ-800T00

Administering Windows Server Hybrid Core Infrastructure

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

The client for whom i'd like to schedule the training is very specific and not cloud ready.

The AZ800 or AZ801 course outline does not really meet the knowledge required for my client as opposed to the WS-011T00 course.

I get it that de courseware marketplace is retired but before complete shutdown can you please grant me access to it so that I can get the necessary training material that suits my client's requirement? The most important is not the certification but knowledge that this training will deliver.

Hope you understand and thanks in advance.

Hello Guyrault,

Thank you for your detailed response.

I understand how important it is for you and your client to have training material that aligns perfectly with their requirements and delivers the knowledge they need. I truly empathize with your situation.

I regret to inform you that the WS-011T00 course materials are no longer available from the courseware marketplace as it has been expired since 2022, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Nevertheless, I want to be of assistance and offer some alternative options. I've conducted thorough research and found some similar courses that might suit your needs. However, please be aware that these are external resources outside of Microsoft, so they may not provide the same benefits as an MCT.

Please take a look at these options, and if you have any further questions or need additional support, do not hesitate to reach out to me. I am here to help in any way possible. Thank you for your understanding, and we will do our best to find the most suitable alternative for your client's training requirements.
