I am attempting to access the Learning Download Center, which provides MOC training resources, such as Trainer Prep Guides.
I logged into the site (https://learningdownloadcenter.microsoft.com/) using my account with an active MCT certification. However, I am encountering the following error: "The requested service is unavailable, please refresh the page or try after some time or contact Customer Service and provide them with error code 5006 to identify this error."
My MCT certification is active until February 2025. Could you please advise if there’s anything further I need to do to resolve this and gain access to the prep materials?
