Access to Microsoft Learning Download Center

Hi,


I am trying to access The Learning Download Center that provides access to all MOC training resources, including PowerPoint decks and Trainer Prep Guides.

I have logged into location https://learningdownloadcenter.microsoft.com/ with my account with active MCT certification, but I am getting "Access Denied" message and that I should login with my certification account.


I am getting following message : "Microsoft Certified Trainers should login with Microsoft Certification Account."


My account do have an active MCT certification until October next year. Is there anything else that i should do in order to get access to these prep materials and PowerPoint Decks?

Hi Milosavljevic,

Thank you for providing the requested information. It is well appreciated.

 

As a workaround with error shown in your PSR, I have refreshed your account by unlinking the email address that is associated with your profile. Please follow the steps below in order to obtain access to your certification profile and to link your preferred email address:

 

  1. Use the private/incognito browser.

  2. Go to https://mcp.microsoft.com/mcp.

  3. Sign in with your preferred Microsoft account and password to migrate the account.

  4. Once signed in, enter your account credentials (MC ID and Access Code): *sent through here*

 

Note: After completing the steps, you will not be required to enter this information again since this is just a one-time process.

 

Once the migration process is complete, kindly connect your certification profile to MS Learn for you to be able to see your new dashboard page. Please visit this Connect a certification profile to Learn | Microsoft Learn page for reference.

 

Then, try again and access the Learning Download Center via https://learningdownloadcenter.microsoft.com using the same email you used to sign into your Microsoft Certification or MCT profile, and please make sure to accept the EULA.

 

In the event that the same issue persists, please provide us with an updated PSR via private message.
