**Moved from Instructor Led Training on Microsoft Learn / Training Services Partner Trainer / General inquiries**

Hello Ruby,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

It seems like you're interested in learning about how to give feedback effectively and understand documentation, especially in the context of becoming a trainer and connecting with communities.

To help you better, could you tell us more about what specifically you want to know about giving feedback and understanding documentation? The more details you provide, the better we can assist you.

If you're thinking about becoming a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT), there are a couple of things you'll need to do:

  1. Get a Microsoft Certification: This means you have to pass a specific exam. Once you pass, you'll get certified.

  2. Get proof of teaching skills: You'll need to take a teaching course from an approved provider. After you finish, they'll send your info to the MCT program. Then, you can apply online through the MCT Enrollment Tool to become an MCT.

For more information you can also visit the Microsoft Certified Trainer page.
