As a MCT I only have access to Dev Essentials in my.visualstudio.com

I have been an MCT since 2008 and I just renewed my MCT like every year.

my.visualstudio.com still only shows Dev Essentials (community edition). I am signing in with my email that is associated with my MCT / MCID. I have tried opening a private browser tab and signing in. Etc. I see no difference and no additional benefits as an MCT. Am I supposed to get access to Visual Studio Enterprise and a monthly Azure credit as a MCT? How can I get access to MCT benefits in my.visualstudio.com benefits?

Hi Abdelouahed,

Thank you for your response and providing the information.

I can confirm your MCT Software & Services and this is registered to the email I have sent through private message.

Please try signing in to Visual Studio subscription using that email in InPrivate/Incognito mode.

If you are still getting issues accessing your benefits, please provide us with a updated PSR (Problem Steps Recorder) from the time you sign in until it show the messaging and attach it via private message.

Also, we can update the registered email on your Certification profile. This is where you are receiving Microsoft notifications and use to sign in to your Visual Studio.

You may also perform the change on your profile information by signing in to your Microsoft Certification profile and click on “Edit your certification profile” link. Under “Contact Email” enter your preferred email then click save and continue.

Once updated, you may then sign in to the Visual Studio subscription using your preferred email.

Let me know if you would like to proceed with the update.
