Hi,
I had got an Azure Pass from my trainer and redeemed it successfully using my organizational email address: *removed*
But after the redeem was done, it redirected to the sign-up page which showed the error - Your organization CognizantOnline.onmicrosoft.com does not allow you to enroll in non-Enterprise offers.
I then tried to use the pass for my personal account and it said that the code has already been redeemed.
Now, I'm in a limbo where the pass has been redeemed for account *removed* but it can't be used due to organizational policy.
I would have expected Microsoft to validate whether the passcode redeem is supported by organization policy before redeeming it.
Can you please suggest how this can be resolved.
I don't see an option where I could link the redeemed passcode to a different account.
