Denied access to My Visual Studio MSDN Subscription benefit

Hello I can't sign in: https://my.visualstudio.com/

Every time I try I receive this message:

" Something went wrong! We are sorry, but our system has detected a problem with your account. If you are still getting this error message after 24 hours, please contact support with the date and time you started having this problem and with your subscription information. Message code: 715-123150. "

I open a ticket in site support, and I am very disappointed by the response:

Thank you for your kind waiting. We have received a resolution based on your request, the specialist team appreciates your patience. After recording the issue in our database, we have found that your account does not meet Microsoft's requirements and remains locked. Please do not contact support again as we have thoroughly reviewed the situation and the result will remain the same. We will now close the service request and will not reopen the case, even if you contact us again through our contact channels.

It doesn't tell me what the problem is, can you help me please?

I understand that you would like to know the reason behind your access to the Visual Studio portal.

Based on the email that you received from the Visual Studio team, your access is currently blocked. Further information about the deactivation of the account as well as if it will be unblocked in the future was not provided due to legalities and policy.
