Hi Arnold,
Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.
I have split this thread to assist you further.
Since you were asked to discontinue creating PDF copies for the Lab contents, it is possible that this process is not included in the policy for MCT. You may visit and review the MCT program agreement guide for further clarifications.
As for the instructor PDF no longer available, this is part of the transitioning plan to move all access to Microsoft Learn.
Microsoft Learn is built on a Cloud first approach. As we made the transition to Microsoft Learn, some aspects of the trainer prep materials necessarily had to change. We took the opportunity to review each of the documents and made adjustments to each of them to help standardize and align better to the Microsoft Learn platform and content taxonomy.
We updated the nomenclature throughout the prep material to match that on Microsoft Learn, we updated the PPTs and standardized the Change Logs as well.
The course material on Microsoft Learn can change very quickly, and so a static PDF output of the course (Trainer Handbook) was no longer a viable option as it would quickly become outdated. Module 0 was moved to the Trainer Prep Guide and renamed Introduction. The latest and most up to date version of each course is available on Microsoft Learn in up to 12 languages.
Starting on Oct 7, Trainer Handbooks will be removed from the Learning Download Center as courses are updated. We expect all English Trainer Handbooks to be removed from the Learning Download Center by Dec 16. The localized versions will follow overtime as each course is updated.
