No, Leads4Pass, and other like it, are exam dumps and the use of those may lead to you being banned from certifications. MeasureUp is not an exam dump,
Exam and assessment security policies | Microsoft Learn
Examples of such misconduct, misuse, and fraud include, but are not limited to, the following:
Using unauthorized material in attempting to satisfy credential requirements (this includes using brain dump material and/or unauthorized publication of exam questions or assessment lab tasks with or without answers).
My experience on people who rely on exam dumps, is that a) the questions are often incorrect or incomplete and b) the answers provided are not correct. I have seen people fail over and over again by relying on these dumps.
I recommend getting hands-on practice with the topics in the exam https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/resources/study-guides/dp-700

Hi Johnny,
Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.
I truly appreciate your enthusiasm for taking the DP-700 exam and fully understand how important this milestone is for you. With that in mind, I’m here to support you by providing the additional details and guidance you need to succeed.
Thank you for your insights @Julian.
The most effective way to get ready for an exam is by practicing the skills outlined in the official “Practice Assessment” section on the exam details page. These assessments give you a clear sense of the question format, language, and difficulty level you can expect. They also help you evaluate your current preparedness, identify areas that need more focus, and close any knowledge gaps—bringing you closer to passing the exam.
In addition, check the training courses and visit the exam sandbox. These resources offer a valuable opportunity to familiarize yourself with the exam format and content before you take it.
Furthermore, you might also find it beneficial to refer to the study guide. It will help you grasp what to anticipate in the exam, provide a summary of potential exam topics, and link to additional resources.
Please note that the use of unauthorized Microsoft resources is typically viewed as a breach of academic or professional integrity policies. As per the Microsoft Certification Exam – Candidate Agreement, unauthorized access to these is classified as misconduct. Such actions can result in consequences such as invalidation of exam results and prevention from taking future exams. We strongly advise that exam preparation be conducted through legitimate methods. This includes studying the provided course materials, practicing with officially sanctioned resources, and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the subject matter.
