MVTD | Discount not received | good afternoon sir, i attended the microsoft virtual training day event but i did not recieve any price discount voucture how can i get that

Hello Microsoft Certification Support,

I recently attended the Microsoft Azure Virtual Training Day: Data Fundamentals and received a confirmation email stating that I’m eligible for a 50% discount on the Azure Data Fundamentals certification exam.

I have followed the instructions and am using the same email address to register and redeem the offer. However, the discount is not being applied at checkout.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the confirmation email I received. Please assist in applying the discount or let me know what steps I should take to resolve this issue.

Thank you,

Hi ABHINAY,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I completely understand how important it is for you to utilize the MVTD 50% discount in scheduling your exam. Please be assured that I'm committed to assist you with this.

Please note that the MVTD event voucher has been replaced with a voucherless discount offer, which means that it should be automatically reflected on the checkout page when scheduling your exam.

To redeem your 50% discount, please try scheduling your exam using the same email address you provided during your registration. You can find step-by-step instructions in the "How to redeem your discounted certification exam" section within your "Thank you" email. Ensure that the email address you use for scheduling matches your Microsoft account (MSA) email that you used during registration. For further clarifications about the event, you can refer to the sticky post for detailed information.

If the discount is not reflected after following the instructions, please provide a detailed step-by-step screenshot using the Snipping Tool. To do this, open the tool, click the video icon, select "New," define the recording area, then click "Start" and "Stop" accordingly. For Mac users, please follow the instructions linked here. You can send these images via the private message I have initiate.

Alternatively, if the Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) (click this link for MAC device) is working on your device, you may use it to record the entire process—from login to the point where the error occurs—and share the recording with me.

Once I receive these details, I will promptly take the necessary steps to assist you further.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
