I am unable to download MCT material from Microsoft Learning Download Center

I'm sorry to hear that you're encountering difficulties downloading MCT material from the Microsoft Learning Download Center. I would like to offer some recommendations in this regard.

Currently, for this type of scenario, we recommend candidates to download the content through this direct link: https://learningdownloadcenter.microsoft.com/

Keep in mind that the Learning Download Center website requires using the same Microsoft account associated to your MCT profile and password in logging in. You may find the steps from this sticky post.

If you have clarifications or inquiries, you can use the link provided by Ola for helpful information in using the Learning Download Center.

In any case that you are getting an error while accessing the LDC site, please provide us a step-by-step screenshot using the Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) tool (click this link for MAC device), starting from the login page until the issue is shown on your screen.

 

You may upload the PSR file through the private message I initiated along with the requested information for us to locate and verify your profile.

 

Upon receipt, I will replicate the issue to our Support Team for investigation and resolution.
