Instructional Skills Certification list

Dear Microsoft MCT Team:

How does a company get added to the "Instructional Skills Certification" list. I teach the CompTIA CTT+ class as both an Independent contractor and through my LLC. I would like to include my LLC in this list but not sure how I would go about it. Please advise.

Or if you are asking on how to submit a Metrics that Matter (MTM) which is the official score generator for MCTs once they have taught a class?

Dear JD

In my opinion, a certification is listed there that can be obtained, which can be used as part of the requirements to become an MCT.

In the list above, none of those options are referring to a company / LLC. They're all a certification.

I can attest to this because in December 2020, I was the original requestor to have the Modern Classroom Certified Trainer (MCCT) and Certified Virtual Educator (CVE) certifications as qualifying certifications for the MCT application process - the post. Both certifications are offered by Logical Operations. Training companies that sell Logical Operations courseware such as New Horizons can sell the course MCCT and CVE but you don't see New Horizons (nor Logical Operations) - the company names - in the list.

Prospective MCTs can choose where to obtain these certifications. It would seem unfair if there was a company in the list then it would sound like that company has exclusivity of some kind. I know people in my country that also train CompTIA CTT+ but they're not listed here and have chosen not to list themselves here. The certification CompTIA CTT+ is there and prospective MCTs need to find vendors that can teach this.

Just my opinion on the matter.
