In accessing the Learning Download Center (LDC) Site, we highly recommend using the Edge browser to avoid the likelihood of encountering the specified error in downloading courses using the LDM tool.
If you are still experiencing the same error in using an Edge browser, please try to uninstall the LDM tool from the
Control Panel of the your PC/computer, then clear the cache and cookies to delete all saved files. Then re-install the updated LDM through the link provided on the LDC site.
