Learning Download Center: No access to the new Learning Download Center with my MCT email address

Hello !

As other MCTs I can't access the new Learning Download Center, using the Microsoft account associated with MCT status (the MCT history shows up in my transcript, yay !).

I guess it's a common problem nowadays so let me know I can help you to fix this :)

Cheers !

Hi Xavier,

Thank you so much for your understanding and patience throughout this journey—it truly means a lot. I'm thrilled to share some positive news with you!

After thorough review and adjustments on the backend, our Support Team has successfully resolved the issue and granted you access to the Learning Download Center. I know how important this resource is for your work, and I'm delighted that you can now move forward without interruptions.

  1. Login: Open a browser and go to https://learningdownloadcenter.microsoft.comLogin with your MCT email address. This will be the email that you signed up with as an MCT.

  2. Search: Type in the course title or course code in the search bar. You can now filter based on course language and release date.

  3. Download: After selecting the course, expand the course details on the right-hand side. Choose either all files or the specific files you need, and click the download button.

For additional resources and information, I encourage you to explore the LDC is LIVE! | Microsoft Community Hub. You'll find comprehensive details about new features, available resources, and best practices to make the most of your MCT experience.
