On July 9th to the 17th, the Learning Download Center was experiencing issues that prevented MCTs from downloading files. Although logins were possible, the download functionality was not operational for users. During the outage, an alternative OneDrive link was provided in the MCT lounge where trainers could request necessary files.
The LDC has since resumed normal download operations; however, the Learning Download Manager Tool remains non-functional. Currently, it is required to utilize the browser-based download method, which can be activated via the FAQ page under the Download section. Be advised, when using the browser for downloads, you must select and download each training file separately, as there are sporadic problems with batch downloading all files simultaneously. Please note that there have been no updates to the courses provided to LDC since July 4th.
