I have split this thread to assist you further with the error in your LDC.
Please make sure that your browsers are up to date and your LDM is showing version 1.0.5. If this is not yet the version on your end, please uninstall the existing application then install the new version by following the steps provided on the link below:
You may also try these additional troubleshooting steps:
1.) Open your browser then press the F12 Function key.
2.) Once you see a Developer Tool window popping up on the screen.
3.) Click on "Network Tab".
4.) Clear the session (Please find highlighted in screenshot).
5.) Refresh the screen and try again.
Should you experience the same problem in downloading, please send us a PSR/Problem Screen Recordershowing screenshots from the moment you signed in to your account until you reach the error message.
