locked azure account

Hello,

i have a problem which i've open a case with before and the case got closed.

so the problem is that my account is locked and i cant access my azure portal ( subscription benifts due to having MCT)

and the account is locked at you ( your account is at risk) and it tells me that i have to change it, but when i enter my password it says that this is not your current password.

So because we did that before , and you have only activated my subscription which was not the problem, i want thelp to change my azure account password in order to login.

again my problem that i cant access portal.azure not that i can't activate my subscription.
