Is anyone else facing challenges accessing learningdownloadcenter.microsoft.com?

To proceed with troubleshooting, kindly follow these steps to capture a step-by-step screenshot of the incident using the tool provided below. This process will aid us in identifying the issue and determining whether it's related to your browser or another factor. Please ensure you capture the entire incident, from performing the troubleshooting steps up to the point where the error message occurs.

Make sure to capture the following steps:

  1. Sign-out from the browser.

  1. Clear cache and cookies. Restart your browser session.

  2. Use an "InPrivate" browser session in updated version of Microsoft Edge.

  3. Allow all third-party cookies through the browser settings.

  4. If you are using a work computer, you may try a personal machine to ensure that there will be no restriction.

  5. Access the Learning Download Center again.
