I'm having the same problem. I've tried 2 different browsers on 3 different computers. Cleared the cache and cookies on all of them. Still doesn't work.

I don't have the option to send a private message. The icon is not present in my view.

I split this thread  to look in to your case individually and to be able initiate a private message with you.

 

Kindly send us a complete step-by-step recording, use PSR/Problem Screen Recorder then upload the file in the private message. Kindly include the trouble shooting steps, account log-in and the error message in the PSR.

 

I also requested additional information to locate and verify your profile. Kindly provide at least three (3) pieces of information to verify your profile.
