A good day,

I could not access the teaching resources for the following courses in the Microsoft Learning Download Central:

May I know when will these be available?

Kind regards,

Hi VuiLiau,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

Allow me to help you in accessing the course files in the Learning Download center.

@Raúl I appreciate you for letting us know that you had no trouble viewing the courses in the LDC. I can confirm that the aforementioned courses are accessible through the Learning Download center.

To ensure that you will not encounter the same, please follow the recommendations below:

1. Use the private browsing modes of different browsers. Note: Please make sure that the browser that you will use is running on the latest version to resolve any compatibility issues.

2. Clear cached data and cookies.

3. Allow all third-party cookies through the site permission settings.

4. Open the exam registration window.

5. Press the F12 function key.

6. Once you see the Developer Tool window, click on "Network Tab".

7. Clear the session and refresh the page.

8. Make sure that your certification profile has been completely filled out, especially those marked with a red asterisk (*). Also, remove any special characters on the required fields (if any).

In the event that you are still receiving the same error, I've started a private message where you may provide your personal details to locate your profile and attach a Problem Steps Recorder (PSR) screenshot of each step you took starting from the login page and until you receive the error.

You will be able to use the PSR following the link specified for your operating system:

I look forward to your response. Please note that if no response is received after two business days, the case will be closed and locked. After the case is locked, we will no longer be able to respond, even through Private Messages.
