I totally understand that the Microsoft 365 developer is not showing on your subscriptions. Allow me to provide further information as to why it happened.

Given the situation that you have, kindly respond to the private message that I have initiated along with your information so that I can further check the status of your account.
Please be advised that if you're an active MCT with a Visual Studio Subscription, I recommend reaching out to Visual Studio Support. They specialize in addressing concerns regarding Visual Studio accounts and their associated benefits. You can submit an online request or contact them directly at 18007595474.
Otherwise, if you don't have a Visual Studio Subscription and are only joining for free, please note that as per the recent announcement on this Microsoft 365 Developer Program - Microsoft 365 Developer Blog, registration for the M365 DEV Subscription is currently closed. This affects customers without a PAID & Active VSS. Any updates regarding when this will resume or when this feature will become available again will be announced on the above-mentioned blog.
With that being said, we recommend visiting the blog announcement regularly to stay updated on any changes.

Kindly note also that I found my subscription marked as Deleted subscription and showing:
Renewable E5 subscription
Expires on Feb ***REMOVED***
So for your support if can activate it again.

After carefully checking your profile, I found out that your Visual Studio Subscription is assigned and active on your MCT profile.
Since the Microsoft 365 Developer subscription was not visible on Visual Studio Portal, please contact the Visual Studio team as they handle all concerns related to accessing and managing Visual Studio accounts with their benefits. Rest assured that they can provide you with additional information regarding this issue. Kindly coordinate with their support group through the link below:
