Microsoft Learning Download Center , downloading error

Hello, I am trying to download courses from the Microsoft Learning Download center, but each time i try to download any course I keep on receiving this error. I tried to re-install the Learning Download Manager (LDM) tool but still receive the same error, as seen in the image below. Any solutions?

Hi aminayasser,

Thank you for contacting the Microsoft Community.

I can see that there is an error when trying to download from LDC.

I appreciate that you have already attempted to reinstall the LDM tool as this is part of the basic troubleshooting steps. Please check and make sure that your LDM now shows version 1.0.5. If this is not yet the version showing, please uninstall the program completely then install the updated version by following the steps on the link below:

Learning Download Center (LDC) troubleshooting and alternative - Training, Certification, and Program Support (microsoft.com)

If you already have the latest version, you may also try the following steps below:

1.) Open your browser then press the F12 Function key.

2.) Once you see a Developer Tool window popping up on the screen.

3.) Click on the "Network Tab".

4.) Clear the session (Please find highlighted in screenshot).

5.) Clear your cache and cookies.

6.) Open your browser in InPrivate/Incognito mode.

If the same error shows, please send us a PSR/Problem Screen Recorder showing screenshots from the moment you signed in to your account until you reach the error message. I have initiated a private message where you can upload your PSR along with the requested information to confirm your account.
